Before joining the eFlex family about a year and a half ago, Rustan worked as a Team Lead at an outsourcing firm. While he had experience managing teams, his previous role did not involve direct reporting to the client beyond quality calls. At eFlex, the relationship is fundamentally different.

"Here, I interact directly with the client, providing real-time updates and, more importantly, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they escalate."
